This Privacy Policy applies to information collected by Honest Care, a part of Destiny Labs LLC (“Honest Care”, “us”, “we”), in connection with the services that Honest Care offers, including through our website located at
findhonestcare.com, assessments, and additional services (collectively, “Services”, as more fully defined in Section 4 of our Terms of Use).

This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, or disclosed through our Services. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into the Terms of Use of our Services. By using our Services, you accept this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use. Additional terms may apply depending on the Services you use.

1. What information do we collect about you?

The information we collect about you depends on the context. This could include information that could be used to personally identify you – either on its own or when combined with other information.

The information may include but is not limited to the following categories:

  • Personal Identifier and Other Information: Your name, date of birth, postal and email address, phone number.
  • Your Health Information: Your medical history, prescription history, weight-loss history, weight-loss goals, insurance and healthcare provide information.
  • Internet/Electronic Activity, Device Information, Usage Information: Your geolocation information, Internet Protocol (IP) address information that may identify your computer, mobile device, tablet, or other device or browser, information about your operating system and browser, including the hardware model and mobile network information web/app browsing and search history related to our Services, and information regarding your interactions with the Services may be collected by us or other companies we work with.
  • Profile Inferences: Inferences that we draw from the above categories of information to create a personalized profile so we can better identify goods and services that may be of interest to you.

a. Providing our Services: Honest Care will analyze the information you provided in your Assessment and generate an appeal letter, supporting evidence and guidance, as outlined in Section 4 of our Terms of Use.

b. Communicating With You: We may use your information to communicate with you about your Assessment, appeal letter, or supporting evidence as outlined in Section 4 of our Terms of Use

We may share your information with companies that we work with or provide services to us in the ways described below.


4. Service Providers and Third Parties

We may share your information with the following service providers and third parties to perform services on our behalf such as:

  1. Data warehouses, servers, and storage providers
  2. Data analytic, data connectivity and customer data providers and platforms
  3. Customer engagement or relationship management platforms
  4. Cloud computing providers
  5. Survey and customer feedback providers and platforms
  6. Printers
  7. Mailing houses and delivery services
  8. Data providers
  9. Software development tools
  10. Data providers, email delivery, and analytics software
  11. Text delivery and analytics platform
  12. Customer service software
  13. Privacy management platform, such as to manage deletion requests

5. For Corporate Transactions

The Services are only for users of the age of 18 or older. If you are under the age of 18, please do not attempt to register with us or provide any personal information about yourself to us at any time for the Services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18 and we do not direct our services to individuals under the age of 18.

When you access or engage with a third-party service, application, or website, even when doing so through Honest Care equipment or applications, you are entering that service, application, or website and governed by its policies. Many third parties have their own privacy policies that differ from ours. This privacy policy only covers our Services and does not cover any other third parties. Honest Care may also collect usage information related to those third-party products, services, applications, or websites if they are accessed through Honest Care equipment, websites, or applications.

10. Use of Cookies

We may use “cookies,” “web beacons” or “pixels” that collect certain information about you. A cookie is a small data file that is stored on your computer and contains a unique user ID number that is randomly assigned. Cookies are designed to only interact with our website(s) and cannot read or damage other files on your computer.

For guidance on how to modify your cookie settings, please refer to your Internet browser provider’s website. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality and features of our website(s).

Additionally, Honest Care uses third-party analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, which employ cookies to gather information about your interactions with our website(s). These tools may also use “tracking pixels” to gather data on activities such as email open rates. 11. How do we protect your information

Honest Care understands the need for user privacy and access to user data is strictly limited and can only be accessed by specific individuals who have the necessary credentials and qualifications. We take reasonable steps to protect the information provided to us from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no Internet or email transmission is ever fully secure or error-free. Please keep this in mind when disclosing any information via the Internet.

12. What about changes to this notice?

We may modify this Privacy Policy at any time. When we do so, we will post the revised privacy policy on our website. Please check the revision date at the top of this page to determine if the policy has been modified since you last reviewed it.
